Note: This software is for AVCHD Videos, it works on Windows 10/11. The older version (<4.0.0) works on Windows 7, 8.
LIMITATIONS of trial version of vATS: A 'Trial' watermark will be in the previewed or stamped video frames.
Download trial version of Visual AVCHD Time Stamp (vATS):
Latest version (4.1.0): vats-setup.zip (3.2MB).
Older versions: vats-setup-4.0.0.zip, vats-setup-3.6.0.zip, vats-setup-3.5.0.zip, vats-setup-3.4.0.zip
NOTE: if your computer has NVIDIA GPU and you want to take advantage of GPU acceleration feature of vATS, make sure you have latest GPU driver installed. See vATS FAQ for more.
NOTE: Intel CPU i5 and i7 with HD Graphics 3000/4000 are capable of accelerating video decoding/encoding using Intel's QuickSync technology. Check if your computer is capable of this at here and update the driver if necessary.
How to Install vATS:
1. Download the zip file use the links above (vats-setup.zip);
2. Extract the Windows Installer file (vATS-setup.msi) from
the downloaded zip file to a folder;
3. Run the installer file (vATS-setup.msi), and follow the
instructions on the installer dialog.
To enter purchased product key: click Help on the vATS' Menu bar, Help->Register, then enter the product key and restart vATS.
Uninstall
Use Add/Remove Programs on the Windows Control Panel, or run the same installer file (vATS-setup.msi) again.
